你可以随时要求删除我们持有的、与你门店相关的全部数据。本页说明怎么做、我们会删掉什么、多久删完。You can ask us to delete all data we hold about your business at any time. This page explains how to do it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
不必等我们：Instagram 在「设置 → 网站权限 → 已授权的应用」里可以随时移除 VisitCube；Google 在账号权限页移除。移除之后我们即刻停止调用相应接口。断开连接不等于删除数据——要删数据仍然按上面发邮件。You do not have to wait for us. In Instagram, remove VisitCube under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. For Google, use your account permissions page. We stop calling those APIs immediately. Disconnecting is not the same as deletion — to delete the data itself, email us as described above.

授权凭证在收到请求时立即失效。其余数据在 30 日内从生产环境与备份中删除完毕。删完我们会回信告知。Access tokens are revoked as soon as we receive the request. Everything else is removed from production systems and backups within 30 days. We email you when it is done.
法律要求我们保留的记录（例如账务凭证）会按当地法规保留相应年限，这部分不含你的门店内容与社媒数据。Records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records) are retained for the period required by law. These do not include your business content or social media data.
生成的成片与图片在服务器上保留 30 天，中间素材保留 7 天，到期自动删除。你下载到自己电脑的那一份不受影响。Generated videos and images are kept on our servers for 30 days, and intermediate working files for 7 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Copies you downloaded to your own computer are unaffected.
